At 40nine-Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful timepiece. If your watch isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all tags and protective films, to ensure the item remains in brand-new condition during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned watch, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
